By enrolling in a course, the user confirms that:

DesignCraft makes constant efforts to ensure the quality and timeliness of the educational content. However, we cannot guarantee that individual results will meet specific expectations, as progress depends on each participant's involvement.
In the event of technical interruptions, we will act promptly to restore platform functionality, without being held liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunities.
Our total liability, regardless of the nature of the claim, is limited to the value of the participation fee paid for the respective course. We are not responsible for user-generated content within forums or practical sessions.
We reserve the right to periodically update the terms and conditions, as well as the course content, to reflect developments in the field of design and visual presentation. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through an announcement on the platform.
In case of serious breach of terms (unauthorized distribution of materials, fraud, or abusive behavior), DesignCraft may suspend or deactivate the user's account without prior notice and without refund.
Users have the right to withdraw from a course within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation, provided they have not accessed more than 30% of the content. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
We process users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The collected information is used exclusively for account management, course delivery, and service-related communications.

This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
